“Kame-kun!!” Tegoshi clung to Kame's arm. “What's with you? You are dozing off...”

“Eh...” Kame blinked. “I am? Really?”

Uchi, who was standing next to Tegoshi, nodded his head. “Are you okay?”

Kame smiled a bit. “I'm fine.” That wasn't even a lie. He was feeling good... he just wished he would hear something from Yamapi. But he had promised to wait for him to fix things with Toma... and to solve everything. And Kame was smart enough to know that it would be stupid to bother Yamapi with calls or messages now. He wanted him to have the time he needed, even though he was already longing for Yamapi's arms and his presence... He couldn’t help but laugh about himself sometimes. When did it happen that he suddenly fell for Yamapi? His heart was beating faster every time he heard the other’s name… not to talk about Pi’s mere presence. How did it happen that he fell in love with him?

“Okay.” Uchi nodded his head, deciding to believe in Kame's words.

Kame smiled. “And how are things with you and Miyao-kun?”

Uchi blushed so deeply that Kame didn't need any other answer to that. “Ah...” he grinned.

“It's good, right?” Uchi smiled at the other happily. “It had taken me so long to fall for someone. Sometime I was even wondering if something was wrong with me because I didn’t fell in love with anyone... But now with Shintaro-kun I feel like finally reaching home...”

Kame blinked at that, nodding his head “I understand.” he smiled, hoping for Yamapi to be at his side too... He wanted to have this feeling of stability too and this knowledge that someone was always next to him. He grinned a bit when he watched how Uchi walked towards Miyao, talking to him and messing around with him a bit. He even allowed the other to hug him teasingly so that everyone else would think that they were just making fun, though Uchi's blushing and Miyao's fond glances towards him were too obvious...

Kame sighed a bit, grabbing for his phone. He wouldn't get on Yamapi's nerves or put him under pressure, but he wanted to give him a sign. He wanted Yamapi to know that he would wait for him, no matter how long it would take Pi to solve everything. I'll be there for you if you need anything. Please don't stress yourself. Kazu

Nakamaru put an arm around Ueda's shoulder. “Are you okay?”

Ueda smiled a bit. “Yes... I guess I'm okay...” he paused a bit. “Or better: I will be okay.”

“I'm sure you will.” Nakamaru said softly.

“Thanks.” Ueda smiled.

“For what?”

“For being my friend.” the other said sheepishly. “I guess I'm quite bothersome.”

“Oh dear...” Nakamaru rolled his eyes. “Aren't we all bothersome?”

Ueda laughed at that. “You think so?”

“Of course...” Nakamaru explained. “Being close to each other means to bring trouble to others... but also to help others. It’s always in balance, you know? You have a problem and I’ll help you and when I have a problem you will help me. So it's okay.”

Ueda smiled lightly. “Of course. I'll also help you when you have love-problems... or any other problems.”

“Thanks.” the other one grinned. “But in my life everything is good right now.”

Ueda looked at him piercingly. “And... who is the person you are dating?”

Nakamaru smiled wickedly. “You are so curious, you know that?”

Ueda rolled his eyes, then he blinked as there was a knock on Nakamaru's door. “Are you expecting someone?”

“Maybe.” Nakamaru grinned, opening the door and letting Junno in. “Tatsuya is here too.”

Junno smiled at Ueda. “Hey, everything okay?”

Ueda blinked for a moment. “Yes.” he said, wondering why Junno was bumping into Nakamaru's apartment like that. Then he looked around a bit. Weren't here some things different? Had Nakamaru always had these colourful and dorky plates? The anime vases? And these cute pillows? He scanned Junno suspiciously, seeing how the other looked at Nakamaru fondly. He grinned a bit when he finally realised. Well...if those two wanted to keep it a secret for a while to enjoy the time they had with each other alone, he wouldn't spoil it for them...

Takki stumbled a bit when he bumped into Pi in the corridor. “Hey, Pi.” he smiled a bit. “On your way towards work?” He blinked as Pi didn't answer. “Hey...Pi?” he tugged at the other's sleeve.

Yamapi jumped a bit. “Ah... sorry! I didn't hear you.”

“Is everything alright?” Takki asked carefully. “You look so tired... and so...” crushed he wanted to say, but decided to approach the situation more carefully. “Wanna go for some coffee?”

“Yes...” Yamapi mumbled, letting Takki pull him into one of the small meeting rooms.

“Just stay here.” Takki told him. “I'll get us some coffee.” Ten minutes later he was back, with two cups of coffee in his hand.

“Thanks.” Yamapi said absent-mindedly, taking the offered coffee.

“Okay.” Takki sat down. “What happened?”

“And beside nothing?” Takki wanted to know, scanning the other properly. He was already able to guess in what kind of direction this talk was going

“I had sex.” Yamapi admitted, wanting to talk to someone about this. Someone who was not Kame or Toma. And someone who was not one of his best friends. He needed a neutral person, but also someone he could always rely on and trust. Takki was like a brother for him… so was there any better option than talking to him?.

“With someone who is not Toma?” Takki wanted to know. As Yamapi stayed quiet he sighed a bit. “I need more details, Pi…”

Yamapi took a deep breath. “If I tell you, promise me you won’t judge me or scold me…”

Takki flinched a bit. “I hate talks that start like that… it always means trouble.” He sighed. “But…alright. I promise.”

“I had an affair with Kame. Or maybe not really an affair…it was something between a one-night stand and an affair.” Yamapi told him bluntly. “I told Kame to be patient and to give me some time so that I can break up with Toma properly. I hurt them both… I am the worst person on earth.”

Takki smiled weakly. “Didn’t you say something about not judging?”

Yamapi looked at him thoroughly. “Won’t you tell me how stupid and thoughtless and disappointing I was?”

“Okay…” Takki rubbed over his forehead. “You definitely don’t deserve an award for it. But… normally you are neither stupid nor thoughtless nor a disappointment. Sometimes people make mistakes… You already feel bad enough, why should I make you feel worse?” He leaned back a bit. “But the whole thing is so unlike you… How did this happen?”

Yamapi shrugged helplessly. “It started with me finding a drunk and crushed Kame… I just wanted to help him… that’s how everything started.”

“And Toma?”

“I…” Yamapi paused, feeling a painful feeling in his chest. “I already talked to him of course... Well, I didn’t even realise when it was that we turned from lovers into friends… Well, I guess he already knew something like that had happened. It wasn’t really a surprise for him… but still bad enough of course. I guess he will never talk to me again…”

“He will.” Takki sighed. “Well… you should give him some time.” He looked at Yamapi piercingly. “It’s not your fault that you aren’t in love with Toma anymore. Such things can happen. Not every relationship is made to last forever. That’s totally okay, Pi. Though you shouldn’t have let things escalate like that. But what’s with Kame now?”

Yamapi smiled a bit. “It’s strange… I didn’t even like him at the beginning. But somehow he makes me feel in a way, no one else can… I’m not sure if it’s love, but I guess it’s close to it.”

“Alright… so you fell in love with Kame. Are you with him now? Did you talk to him?” Takki wanted to know.

Yamapi sighed in frustration. “Not yet. It’s just…” he rubbed over his head a bit. “I made Toma so unhappy… I don’t really deserve it to be happy with Kame.”

“Don’t give me that shit.” Takki breathed out unusually fiercely.

Yamapi blinked at him. “What…”

Takki rolled his eyes in slight annoyance, though he still sounded soft and friendly. “You told me not to judge you and I’ll keep this promise, because I don’t feel like judging you. It’s okay that you fell out of love with Toma. But don’t hurt other persons now, including yourself. Go and be with Kame and try to make him happy. You deserve love just as much as Toma deserves it and Kame.” Takki rubbed over his head. “Really… how can you even think something that stupid?”

Yamapi blinked for a moment, before he chuckled slightly. “You are right.” He laughed a bit. “I can’t believe you are the one who had to tell me these things.”

“Well…” Takki grinned. “Some things never change, right?”

Yamapi smiled at that. “Sorry.” he said. “I will try my best to make Kame happy.” He paused, frowning a bit. “I can’t believe that I even got into such a situation… I would have never thought that something like that could happen…”

“Well…” Takki grinned. “Me neither. But it makes you more Human.” he teased. “It’s good to know that you aren’t perfect all the time… Such things can make a person more likeable, you know?”

“Maybe you should come in?” Ryo stuttered, stepping aside to let Jin into his apartment. Secretly he was already thinking about his possibilities to escape this situation. There had to be some sort of solution about how to get around a determined Jin... At least he would definitely deny everything! No matter what! “You want some tea?”

Jin looked at his friend thoroughly, shaking his head. “No.” he said firmly, pointing at the sofa. “Just sit down for a moment.”

Ryo blinked for a moment. “It's my apartment... what if I don't want to sit down?” he tried to argue, but as he saw Jin rolling his eyes, he sighed a bit, sitting down on his sofa. “Okay... I'm sitting.”

Jin bit his lips a bit, before he sat down next to the other. “I...” he paused, wondering how to voice what he wanted to ask. “I hurt you?” As Ryo looked at him in surprise at this question and blushing slightly, Jin sighed, rubbing over his head a bit. Since days he had already wondered what was off between them... and when he had suddenly received Ryo's message from yesterday, everything made more sense. Like a puzzle all the little weird and inscrutable pieces got connected. Well, stupid him for not realising it earlier of course, though the signs were so clear. As Ryo didn't answer to his question, Jin touched his shoulder a bit to make him look at him. “You like me?”

“Eh?” Ryo blushed deeply, wanting to slip away from Jin, but the latter's grip at his shoulder was tight.

“Just tell me the truth.” Jin begged, voice sounding soft.

Ryo sighed deeply, shoving all his intentions and plans to deny everything aside. There was no point in being all stubborn now. He looked at Jin sheepishly. “Sorry.” he said. “Yes. But it's okay, you don't have to worry about me. Really. I didn't even want you to know in first place.”

“Okay.” Jin stated firmly, taking a deep breath, his heart jumping slightly. “So you are in love with me?” he wanted to make it clear once and for all. He didn’t want to push Ryo too much, but he totally needed to make sure about that before he put his own feelings into the game.

Ryo blinked a bit. Hadn't he made it clear before? “Yes.” he answered simply.

“Alright. Then let's try it.” Jin stated simply. He knew he was being too random here and too non-chalant, but he didn’t care about such things too much. Ryo liked him and he liked Ryo. It was not that difficult, right? He smiled a bit into himself. In the end he had been quite stupid towards himself too. He had never wondered much why he liked it so much to be close to Ryo, why he clung to such a strange arrangement just to be near him. When did it happen that they changed from being friends into something else? He didn’t know what exactly they were right now…but they definitely could become something gorgeous.

Ryo nearly jumped at Jin’s suggestion. “WHAT!?”

Jin shrugged a bit. “I like you too. So let's try it.”

Ryo sighed in frustration. “Jin, it's not that easy. You don't have to pity me...” he looked at the other firmly. “I really don't want it like that.”
